Site Investigation Services include:

• Inspection of the site for abnormalities which can include existing fill, trees etc.
• Drilling of two test holes to at least 2.5 metres deep for standard houses and extensions.
• Visual classification of the soil profile and collection of disturbed samples;
• Laboratory testing of appropriate soil samples and a moisture content profile.
• Site classification in accordance with AS2870 along with recommendations.

Soiltech covers a wide area from Rolleston in the north to Armidale in the south. From Brisbane in the east to Innamincka in the West. We can provide site investigations services in other areas also.

Our site classifiers have a wealth of experience in the region and are registered in accordance with Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) requirements along with our NATA Accredited laboratories give clients assurance of quality work and compliance.

Soiltech has completed residential soil testing for new homes, extensions, sheds and pools across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Warwick, and surrounding areas. Every investigation is completed in accordance with Australian Standards and tailored to the specific requirements of each site.
