Soiltech Testing Services was engaged by Weymouth Investments to undertake a geotechnical investigation for the proposed Office Works and new drive-through outlets on the corner of James and West Street Toowoomba. 11 Boreholes up to 6m were undertaken within the footprint of the proposed buildings, with Standard Penetration Test (SPT) testing undertaken every 1.5m and Laboratory testing including Shrink Swell Index, Atterberg Limits, Particle Size Distribution (PSD), California Bearing Ratio (CBR).
