Soiltech have undertaken site investigations in accordance with Australian Standard AS2870 since 1986 and are also licensed with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) to ensure we work with the building industry for compliance.

Kalimna Park Estate

Soiltech has worked with our client on all stages of the Kalimna Park Sub Division - Highfields which started back in 2001. Soiltech has provided a wide range of testing including CBR testing to confirm pavement design through to level one supervision (AS3798) to ensure fill material placed on allotments is compacted in a uniform way.

Gemstone Rise Estate

This estate has promised to be one of the best over 50’s lifestyle resorts in Australia which is located in Glenvale – Toowoomba. Soiltech have worked with the design engineering firm and earthworks contractor to provide advice in accordance with Level One Supervision and Testing ( AS3798 ) and have also carried out a wide range of on site and laboratory testing to AS1289 on the various material types encountered on site.
