Soiltech have undertaken site investigations in accordance with Australian Standard AS2870 since 1986 and are also licensed with the Queensland Building & Construction Commission ( QBCC ) to ensure we work with the building industry for compliance.

Soiltech has worked with our client on all stages of the Kalimna Park Sub Division - Highfields which started back in 2001. Soiltech has provided a wide range of testing including CBR testing to confirm pavement design through to level one supervision (AS3798) to ensure fill material placed on allotments is compacted in a uniform way.

Soiltech have worked with the design engineering firm and earthworks contractor to provide advice in accordance with Level One Supervision and Testing ( AS3798 ) and have also carried out a wide range of on site and laboratory testing to AS1289 on the various material types encountered on site.
