After starting at Soiltech as a Trainee in 2002, Paul has held other positions within the company such as Laboratory Technician, Geotechnical Driller and Technical Manager before becoming General Manager in November 2014. Paul’s main focus within the company is on Geotechnical Investigation and Testing but he also has a wide range of experience in Construction Materials Testing which includes soils, concrete and aggregate testing. Paul’s expertise and experience in these areas has been utilised on many past projects to provide clients with an extremely high level of service.
Paul took ownership of the company in late 2016 and continues to focus on quick and effective service delivery. Paul has over 15 years’ experience in the industry and has a QBCC Site Classifiers Licence.

Tim has been an invaluable member of the Soiltech team for over 15 years, showcasing unwavering dedication to the company. With his extensive experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry, Tim excels at delivering accurate and reliable results to our clients, instilling confidence in the quality of our services. He has successfully managed projects of varying scales, from local initiatives to large commercial ventures, always prioritizing the clients' needs. Additionally, Tim takes charge of our NATA accreditation responsibilities, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in our laboratory operations. As a well-rounded laboratory manager, Tim consistently goes above and beyond to provide our valued clients with exceptional service.
